So it’s been a little over a year since my last post. This blog will continue to be about sports, but I will be focusing on Gambling/Fantasy and Data/Analytics. This week I will be previewing one of my fantasy leagues.
Week 14 Old Guys Rule:
Matchup #1 this is the 4 vs 5 matchup in our league. As you can see yahoo is projecting a tight one, with team #2 projected to win by just under 5 points. Russell Wilson has underperformed his projection the last 4 weeks, even with a plus matchup vs the Jets I think he underperforms once again. This game shouldn’t be close and I expect the Seahawks to be running the ball majority of the 2nd half with Chris Carson on team #1 I’m projecting a big game from him. Alvin Kamara has suffered the last 3 weeks since Taysom Hill has taken over at QB, and his projection is lower than his usual 18-20. Philadelphia has a good run defense but I see a big game from Kamara this week with New Orleans taking control of this game early on. AS previously mentioned I really like team #1’s matchups this week I expect Aaron Jones and Chris Carson to have big games with favorable matchups. If they are going to pull of the upset this week, I think it will be because one if not both of them having big games.
